One of the best books that's been recommended for beginners who study Object Oriented Programming (OOPS) is E.BalaGuruswamy's book.This book is well organized and contains simple examples and basic illustrations that help students to gain more knowledge about C++. This book is usually recommened for students who pursue their B.E or B.Tech Compter Science / Information Technology department third semester under Anna University. OOPS book authored by Trivedi or Ira Pohl is not suited for beginners under Anna University third semester. For those who already know C++ , Trivedi's Book for OOPs is a better option. Teaching Staffs also recommend using BalaGuruswamy's book.
